Swedish Company Implants Microchips Under Employees’ Skin

“And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark..” – Revelation 13:17.

A hi-tech Swedish office building is offering all employee tenants microchip implants to access security checkpoints, exchange data and make purchases. The implant which, over 400 employees have opted to receive, is just another sign in the growing trend of implantable RFID technology that will soon sweep society. It is also another sign of the world’s collision course with the fulfillment of end time Bible prophecy.

According to reports:

Workers at a new high-technology office building in central Stockholm are doing away with their old ID cards on lanyards, and can now open doors with the swipe of a hand — thanks to a microchip implanted in the body.

The radio-frequency identification (RFID) chips are about 12 mm long and injected with a syringe.

“It’s an identification tool that can communicate with objects around you,” said Patrick Mesterton, CEO of the building, Epicenter Office.
“You can open doors using your chip. You can do secure printing from our printers with the chip, but you can also communicate with your mobile phone, by sending your business card to individuals that you meet,” he said.

Mesterton thinks some of the future uses for implanted chips will be any application that currently requires a pin code, a key or a card, such as payments.

“I think also for health-care reasons … you can sort of communicate with your doctor and you get can data on what you eat and what your physical status is,” Mesterton said. (source).

The initiative was done with the help of a bio-hacking collective who work at the epicenter. With the chip, employees can have a greater ease of access around work. Hannes Sjoblad, the director of the group who produced the chip explained: “We already interact with technology all the time,” he told me. “Today it’s a bit messy – we need pin codes and passwords. Wouldn’t it be easy to just touch with your hand? That’s really intuitive.” (source).

Racing Towards The End Times

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. – Revelation 13:16-18.

In our article on the Mark of The Beast, Beginning and End detailed the prophecy from the book of Revelation that explains the economy of the final years before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. During this period (which is referred to in Scripture as the Day of The Lord or the Great Tribulation), the world governments will be consolidate into a global confederation under the leadership of the Antichrist. The religious leader of the world, referred to in Revelation as The False Prophet, will help institute the Mark of The Beast, a mark put into the right hand or forehead, through which all purchases and sales of commercial items are controlled. No one in society will be able to make any transaction without the Mark.
Such an innovation would require that the Mark would contain the financial data for every single individual on the planet, updating in real time as purchases or sales are made.

And it was not until just recently that such technology even existed to allow something like the Mark to be made. But with RFID technology, WiFi and other innovations, the Mark could certainly become a reality. And yet, the prophecy was written in ca 96 AD, at a time when no one could possibly imagine such an invention.

But rather than being a great lifestyle improvement, or reducing hassles of carrying around wallets, purses and other cumbersome devices, the Mark will be an eternal death sentence. The Bible is clear that the Mark represents a full alignment with the Antichrist and will lead to the person being condemned forever.

What Does This All Mean Today

The stage is being set for the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

Society stands on the cusp of wearable and invasive biotechnology. No longer is there any personal privacy or space as digital cameras, records and “smart” appliances, all hooked up to the web and relaying information to corporate serves, are everywhere. So receiving a microchip implant is no longer such a shocking or revolting idea. In fact many welcome it. And all of this is preparation for even more intrusive measures. At the Epicenter office in Sweden, they seem well aware of this:

But Hannes Sjoblad uses the implants to help build community. He hosts small “implant parties” at tattoo parlors where groups of people get RFID chipped together. “Then will be a 1,000, then 10,000. I am convinced that this technology is here to stay and we will think it nothing strange to have an implant in their hand,” he said.

Sjoblad added that he and the Swedish Biohacking Group have another objective – preparing us all for the day when others want to chip us. “We want to be able to understand this technology before big corporates and big government come to us and say everyone should get chipped – the tax authority chip, the Google or Facebook chip.” (source).

The Bible confirms that one day the “tax authority” chip will instead be the “Beast chip”. The preparation of such a system is clearly in place. And as Christians it makes it that much more urgent to live for God and spread the Gospel so that more people can be saved and understand where all of this technology is eventually headed.

And if you are not a Christian, take the time to consider that the Bible prophecy is coming alive right before our eyes. There is nothing wrong with new technology. But when the spirit behind it attempts to take the place of God, then it is sinful rebellion at its worst. And that is precisely what will take place one day all over the world. Do not be deceived. Believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ and know that you can receive free forgiveness for your sins and eternal life.
